I am into healthy foods these days because I am in my 50s with a family history of high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
The Nutrition Facts numbers were good --- 0 mg total fat, o mg cholesterol, 100 mg carbs, 110 mg sodium, and 290 mg of protein. According to the manufacurer, the 100 mg sodium is not added, but is what naturally grows within the ingredients.
Wow. Good tasting stuff! Somehow, it tastes salty without being loaded with salt.
Having lived in Kentucky as a kid, I know and understand the appeal of the best tasting food in the world -- southern greens. But, as you know if you have ever had them, they are loaded with fat and salt.
What I found, as a good alternative, is to steam raw greens in a microwave steamer, using no salt and instead, sprinkling in Bragg Liquid Aminos, along with chopped onions, and your favorite non-salt spices.

And since it can only be used every 4 hours, you're out of luck when your congestion returns. I was having so much trouble breathing last night (only 3 hours after using it) I used it again. Now not only am I more stuffy than I have EVER felt in my life, I'm also jittery and sweaty. It seems its very easy to overdo it with this medication. My advice, save your money or spend it on something that actually works like Afrin 12 hour or even a saline nasal rinse. Anything would b better than this. 4-way Fast acting nasal spray is probably THE WORST decongestant product on the market.

(More customer reviews)I had originally bought a 10-packet box of a workout energy drink mix to try, not really knowing much about what was in it. Well, it seemed to work -- every time I drank the stuff before working out, I could easily get an extra 30 minutes in before I had to stop. So I looked at the contents, and among other things it contained 2500mg L-Arginine. After finishing the box and doing some research on L-Arginine, I searched around for a cheaper alternative source (the drink mix was almost $3 per single packet). This is where I landed, and I bought one of these 2-packs to try out. Doing the math in my head, the amount equivalent to the drink mix is about 30-35 cents, or less if you sign up for the auto-ship!!
I now take 3000mg about 30 minutes before I start working out, and I can feel a significant difference. Recovery time is much faster -- no matter how hard I work, once I stop to take a break I feel like I'm ready to start again in no more than a minute or two. I'm also there a lot longer, as I said earlier.
The only thing I'm not crazy about is the tablet itself. Personally, I prefer the capsule style, like the Vitamin Shoppe capsules. I think I might stick with those from now on (plus, they're 1250mg each instead of 1000mg). But that's not to say that these aren't great too. It's just a matter of preference for me.

I didn't want to pay the high cost to get a new one, so I decided to give this one a try. Guess what...? I love it! It is so close to sound to my Ultrascope, it's unbelievable, and it's so much better than the cardiology (and that stethoscope is very pricey).I LOVE THIS STETHOSCOPE. Can I make it anymore clear? And the cost? My gosh, give me a break...you can't even buy a low-end generic no good for nothing stethoscope for this price and this is a Prestige, which offers good products (I owned Prestige products before). Everyone that sees this item wants to know where I bought and does it really work. I can't brag enough about it. Finally: It makes a great conversation piece with adult patients and family. I have used it to remove ink, coffee, pizza, lipstick, crayon, tar, baby formula and red drink stains from carpets and upholstery. I ordered it because I was having nasal surgery, and was told icing my nose would help it heal. I was really excited to have found this product , it seemed like the perfect solution!
However, Medex Suuply's shipping and customer service left a lot to be desired. I got a shipment notification, and waited, and waited as my surgery date drew closer. I emailed asking for a tracking number, but they said they couldn't send me one. I thought that was strange. I waited a few more days with no sign of it, and called them. The woman told me she couldn't provide a tracking number. How is that possible?
I placed the order on December 13th and didn't receive it until Janaury, and by then it was too late. I didn't get the product in time for my surgery, which was the whole point of ordering it. I was very dissapointed.
Since it was of no use to me anymore, I gave the Nosebudd to my best friend who is plagued by nosebleeds. She said it worked great for her. Wish I had been able to try it out myself, to help me recover from my surgery.
