This is the first one that actually works for my messed up GI track and doesn't actually make me constipated. The available research on line states that it improves immune system, colon health blood lipids and they actually said that it's the only thing know to cleanse the lymphatic system besides using a mini-trampoline. It's helped my GI tract a lot. With the huge colon problem's that people in this country have, I'm amazed that more Drs. besides the Autor of Managing Leptin (which is where I learned about this fiber)aren't recommending it.
