(More customer reviews)I am very disappointed in the item. I never again will order anything but books from Amazon. There was not technical support for the item. When we calld the shipper, he has to get back to us. The 2nd call to him never was answered. It did not work with window x-p, as suggeted in the info. There are not sufficient explanation for terms. I am a research scientist. I was going to use your item to measure the effect of various medications on regular John Q public, at their home and by them. I was able to recommend the item for their in-house use. But I will not recommend such item. I am very very disapponited in the item and especially Amazon. H. Rafi Zadeh, C.j.: Ph.D.
