There are countless times that I have woke up and she would be in a cold sweat with her blood sugar 40 or below. The Night Sweat Alarm has woke my wife up when her blood sugar was high and low. On occasion it does alarm when nothing is wrong. However, this is rare. I attribute this to her wearing it on her arm and while sleeping placing it in front of the fan she sleeps with every night including the winter. But I do sleep better knowing it is not up to me to wake her up. I would hihgly recommend this product.
