The pharmacy pointed out that I could purchase the generic Claritin. That's how I discovered Loratadine. This product does not raise blood pressure, which is an issue for me as well. It seems to be working just fine.

natural alternative works wonders for allergy relief, especially hay-fever, but others too. I highly
recommend this brand. Other ways to help along with this is the allergy C(see my review)and Eclectic's
Quercetin works too, along with getting off cow's milk(if u drink it). When buying stinging nettles,
look for "freeze-dried", as it retains the anti-histamine properties of the herb in the manufacturing.
(like this company does). Recommended in Andrew Weil's book Natural Health, Natural Medicine--as well.
A good way to re-connect with the healing properties of nature!

(More customer reviews)I used this product because it was all I had in my apartment and it works pretty well - if you only want to breathe better for about 2 hours and then be more congested than when you started. And since it can only be used every 4 hours, you're out of luck when your congestion returns. I was having so much trouble breathing last night (only 3 hours after using it) I used it again. Now not only am I more stuffy than I have EVER felt in my life, I'm also jittery and sweaty. It seems its very easy to overdo it with this medication. My advice, save your money or spend it on something that actually works like Afrin 12 hour or even a saline nasal rinse. Anything would b better than this. 4-way Fast acting nasal spray is probably THE WORST decongestant product on the market.

Have tried every Rx and OTC antihistamine and was really getting tired of all the side effects (jitters, insomnia). I Wanted something natural and that really worked on the core problem. This is my second year of using QBC plex and it is nothing short of a miracle. I have used it during a hives type reaction and all during allergy season (which for me is all year,) and to keep my histamine levels at a level where I'm not asthmatic, allergic or fatigued and wrung out from allergies. I can say with great conviction that this stuff really works and I have personally found it to be a non-toxic, natural and its safe for kids without making them jittery or hyper. I'm on my 2nd season of using this stuff instead of Rx and OTC medications and that includes my inhaler!!
