This is straight Kamut Barley and Alfalfa, but I feel better on this than on any of the other greens supplements I have used. This coupled with the very reasonable price rates this five stars in my book. This price from Amazon is very good for the 90 gram jar.

Nopal Cactus has a reputation of being beneficial to diabetics, in it's natural form, canned (or bottled) and in the form of these capsules.
The capsules are convenient, travel well and store nicely. I use three capsules twice a day. I spoke with my doctor and he recommended the fresh. I can only get them in season so the convenience of the bottles are good for me. Remember, it's a supplement, not a cure! Bopper
