My diet has stayed relatively the same (relatively healthy). The only change I've made is switching from Centrum to One-A-day. I've been using this product for 2 months, and it seems I've been more resistant to colds and have been more "regular" since taking this supplement.
I'm knocking off a star because these may be hard to swallow for some people (like me). The pills don't have any sort of external coating on them to aid in swallowing. Additionally, if/when these become moist, the pill all but adheres to your tongue because of its gritty surface. I've had to throw out a few pills because I was not able to swallow them. A fresh pill solved the problem. My recommendation is to reduce moisture in your mouth to a minimum before taking.
