I am on my feet all day long and need to have the support of compression hose. The 20-30 mmHg is just right. I am 24 wks and just my tummy just popped. I am 5'9" and 155lbs before pregnancy so I ordered the XT and they fit perfectly. The Gabrialla Graduated compression hose are soooo comfortable and I have more tummy room to grow in them as well!
