But it will keep you regular ...help you feel full ...and does offset some of the carbohydrates to help you lose weight easier and control sugar. Remember, this is a powder so you need to mix it with about 1/2 glass of water [takes a lot of stirring to mix], or sprinkle it onto your food. Suggest you also get the "Nopal Capsules" to use when not at home. Best results with powder is 1 heaping tablespoon with or before your main meal ... Capsules should be 6 just before or with a light meal. Just don't expect miracles like "eat all you want of whatever you want"...
Note: Amazon is currently having shipping errors with getting the "Buy 4 for Price of 3" correct on the "Red Label Diabetes Control" version... You order 1 of this special and get only 1-7oz container instead of the 4 that should be enclosed.. Amazon is working with the seller on the shipping error... Should be OK to order without problems in a few weeks.
