I have suffered from back pain for several years and have found minimal relief with chiropractic care, massage, and physical therapy. The first time I used the back buddy I thought it was great! I woke up the next morning a little sore where I had massaged, but no different than if I had paid for a professional massage. I used it 2 days in a row and the second day I noticed a dramatic difference in the tension that I feel in my back. My muscles have not felt this loose for years! This product is worth the money and it's great because you don't have to beg or pay someone else to rub your back. I love it! It's a great size if you need something portable. The AccuMassage is also nice for neck pain. I didn't find it to be as helpful with the shoulder areas as the body back buddy, but it did some good for my neck. It's like a giant nutcracker with rubbery golf balls in the middle. 2 great products for a reasonable price!
