(More customer reviews)I work as a Nursey/NICU nurse and bought this stethoscope thinking it would do the trick without spending the extra money on a Littman. I liked the color and the appearance of this product but when I put it to use I was quickly dissapointed. The ear pieces don't fit snug in your ear so I was constantly pushing them back in or holding them in and even then it was difficult to auscultate sounds. The stethoscope bell/diaphragm is much smaller than any I've seen, maybe that was the problem too. I grew so frusterated with this product that I ended up spending the extra money for a Littman and in the long run I bought two stethoscopes which didn't save me anything...I would not recommend this stethoscope.
