May be a mental thing but when I looked in the mirror two weeks after starting my workout routine, I didn't see too much of a difference. After a week of my normal workout and chugging two of these, one in the morning for breakfast and one after my workout, I started to see the change in my body and it was fast. I think it really helps to burn off unwanted fat quickly and I recommend this product to anyone that is going to actually stick to a workout plan. This will help you get the fast results you're looking for. If you're spotty and not committed to a plan, don't bother with it. Just drinking protein drinks does nothing if you don't actually put in the work that is necessary. This product is a little pricey but with all due respect to amazon, I found it at Costco for much less. $27 for a case of 12. Shipping is steep for this on amazon.
