I have been battling for the last 8 months with severe insomnia, higher than normal blood sugar levels/pre-diabetes, and adrenal exhaustion. This B-sublingual has been extraordinary. My blood sugar levels have lowered. I am sleeping better than before and my blood pressure has increased which for me, with an overly low blood pressure, is a sign that my adrenals are receiving the support that they need. Yes, the taste is a bit bitter, but it is only for a few seconds and the benefits FAR outweigh the taste.
