(More customer reviews)This semi-automatic gives the same readings as a more costly automatic. I compared my readings on this machine with the more expensive automatic that Granny uses. Almost identical readings. It stores the latest pressure readings in memory and gives an accurate pulse. You can order it on line or possibly find it locally for less. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 since it took a few tries to get the band set the correct way. You don't need to undo the arm band velcro once you have it set for your arm size. Stay healthy!

So, we researched and found that this one would be easy enough for her to use without us being present. We had it shipped to her, but she waited for us to show up to use it. We read the fairly simple instuctions and placed the cuff on her wrist. Turn the power on and voila! Fairly accurate each time taken. I would recommend this product for someone who doesn't have one and needs to keep track of their BP. It has a memory on the cuff so your doctor can see your results over time.
