It has a very low frequency.I was told that it was working properly, and the newer models do not vibrate or feel like the older models. I wanted one because my beautician had one and used it on my scalp. Hers vibrated on your scalp. You could feel it. This was not worth the money.

A few years ago I was encouraged to try another line of products and stopped using this one. Slowly over time I realized that my skin was looking older and less clear. Recently I thought I think I'll go back to the Skin Rejuvenation Lotion III and wow! I noticed that my skin started looking better and so did others. My skin alway feels smooth, moist and clean and I have many less fine lines. I encourage anyone who wishes to have a younger fresher look to try this. Be prepared for a stinging sensation at first as it works to remove the dead skin cells that cause a dull dry look. After a short time you will surely be pleased with the results.

I actually have definition again. (I'm 55). I've been losing a lot of weight and was very concerned about major sagging skin. (I already was getting that bassett hound appeal.) But worry no more. My cheekbones are once again prominant, my brow has lifted drastically, helping my heavy lids, jaw line excellent and no more more jowels, and my neck is once again toned. Now mind you, all of that should be drooping around my shoulders by now after losing the weight, but no. With this excellent device I have also been using an incredible DPL system. Deep Penetrating Light Therapy System. My skin looks like a 30 year old again, sun damage has disappeared. Check it out at Light4Beauty in web search.
The only draw back with the Face Neoteric system is it is shipped from Canada. I have no problem with Canada, so Canadians back off. What I did have a problem with was the shipping time. It took nearly a month to receive it because it was shipped via CanadianPost. However, the product is so good, I forgave the shipment time because in the end it's the results that matter. While you're at it, order an extra contact gel because if you use the product every day, as you should, you'll need more gel before you know it.
Anyway, product is wonderfully affordable, fun to use, feels great, and it WORKS. Have at it, ladies, and enjoy the results.
