I have finally put away my Omrons to use this Panasonic exclusively. It is not only the accuracy, speed and convenience that I like but also the fact that it never errors out - no matter how high or low my readings, I always get a result even in the winter with long sleeves. Instead of the usual wrap around cuff, you insert your arm in the tube (like the ones in the drugstore). True, it is a bit bulky and not as easy for travel, but convenience and accuracy make up for that. Before I got this cuff, taking my blood pressure could be a struggle that would raise my blood pressure! Now it is a piece of cake.
