This served my purposes perfectly. I didn't need anything more than what a blood pressure cuff is to be used for. This item is easy to use and the gauge is as accurate as the fancy on the wall variety my doctor's office uses. What a bargain as well. I remember starting out thinking this is going to cost me a pretty penny but after just a little searching on Amazon.com I found the exact cuff I needed and at a significantly lower cost than many of the others with a saving of about $20.00.
