(More customer reviews)This turned out to be a great purchase; I'm very pleased with it. ADC's palm sprage is comfortable and easy-to-use. There is less tubing to deal with, which means less noise is being made while you're using the steth. The stethoscope is a good quality steth. I've noticed that it picks up light sounds, even in a noisy clinic (this steth is being used for BP only), and it feels much more substantial than some of the steths that come with combo kits. The kit includes 3 types of earpieces, a couple bells and diaphrams, and a nice nylon case with a name tag.
