(More customer reviews)I'm pregnant and was told that my iron was low. I tried traditional iron pills (ferrous sulfate) and even if I ate food with them I would feel very sick to my stomach or even throw-up. These pills are food-based and much easier to absorb. I can take them without any other food and still feel just fine. From what I understand they also absorb much better being food-based as well. These have been great for me!
