(More customer reviews)Pros: very portable and very easy to use. Cons: Lots of noise in the reading, no adjustment for signal amplitude. Impossible to get any useful information on P-R, QRS, or other intervals. P waves almost invisible.
If all you want is something to take your pulse, and give you a rate and regularity report, this is fine. Not for any real diagnostic use.
