I started looking into joint pains when I got tired of hearing all the horror stories from my extended family and their friends regarding knee pains. Some misconceptions: Hyaluronic acid might not work on lower back pain or pain from rheumatoid arthritis since those are different conditions and are not related osteoarthritis. Research vitamin deficiency that leads to lower back pain (Methyl B-12, magnesium citrate, D3, comfrey ointment) and immune boosters for rheumatoid arthritis (D3, C, omega-3 fish oils capsules). Make sure you find info. based on the latest studies. Most of the data around the Net is based on out-dated studies with low-doses that are are usually ineffective.

However, most of their rheumatoid hand pain goes away and they stop getting colds. In other words, they have great immune systems. This is why doctors want you to "be careful" with vitamins and take their dangerous drugs instead.
Doctors are still recommending 400 to 4,000 i.u. for Vit. D3. That amount is for children, not adults. It takes doctors a long time to catch up to the latest studies.
