(More customer reviews)I bought a Microlife blood pressure monitor at Costco. The price was attractive. Although the device is quirky to use, it serves my needs. Now the problem. I ordered the software & USB cable from the Microlife web site. It arrived in a timely fashion, but the sent the wrong mini-USB cable. Not a crisis (yet). I used a spare cable I had around the house to connect the blood pressure monitor to the computer. I installed the software from a mini-CDROM Microlife sent me. The software appeared to install. I was able to create a profile when I ran it. However, it would not download the blood pressure readings from the monitor to my computer. I was on the phone with their tech support four times trying to remedy the situation. No luck. The emailed me their newest software version (still under development), but that didn't work either. I give up! I have NEVER had that much difficulty trying to install application software on my computer, EVER! I have invested far more time and effort trying to automate the recording of blood pressure readings than it would have required to write them by hand. I down loaded a freeware app to my iPod Touch and use that to record my readings manually. Works great! I'm able to generate graphs and email logs to myself and my doctor. My advice? NEVER touch Microlife software for any reason. It's a poor investment. Find another solution. They're available, and at FAR lower prices.
