(More customer reviews)This is the only iron that has worked for me. I've been anemic for decades and have trouble with absorption. I also have colitis and iron is very hard on your stomach so I am extra sensitive to that. This product does not upset my digestion at all. I've tried liquid liver, every other form of iron, even iron-IV but when I discovered this product I have finally been able to live a normal life. A very helpful tip is to take it on an empty stomach (and at least 1 hour away from drinking tea).
