(More customer reviews)This item is junk. It arrived with no instructions whatsoever. "Directions in English, Spanish and French"? Bunk. That means that a user must already be an expert in taking BP readings before using this item. It also means that setting the memory up to track BP trends is more trouble than it's worth. I've attempted to contact the manufacturer for replacement instructions, and I can't even get a return phone call or emailed reply. Since I've also searched online for a manual with no success, I must conclude that a manual for this device has never been published. This unit also shows both systolic and diastolic numbers about 15 points higher than a BP check administered by a nurse or a physician's assistant. Granted, I don't have instructions, but whose fault is that? Don't waste your money on this one, it's a nutsed-up unit put on the market by a crummy manufacturer.
