Very precise and it is as close to the quality of those professional grade that doctors use at cost in hundreds of dollars. The dial gage is precise; the stethoscope is loud and clear; and the hand pump is in perfect working condition. I am glad that I made a purchase of it. Get it if you can because you will not be disappointed.
