One issue raised has been what exactly are you buying. Each capsule is 300mg EPA/DHA. Recommended is 2 for 600 consistent with guidance for websites in the know that also recommend 3 of you have risk factors. Compared to Sam's Club Members Mark ordering three units plus shipping yielded a price per 300 about the same as if you purchased them in a Sam's Club ($9.98/300 November, 2009) but add sales tax. Purchasing one unit makes the shipping costs a major issue and not cost competitive. Sam's Club contains anchovy, mackerel, sardine as compared to salmon for this product. The pharmacists said there was no difference in the Omega-3 fatty acids. Expiration was March 2013, longer I believe than Sam's Club so ordering 900 does not risk spoilage. Capsules are the same size.
