This (along with a daily dose of B12 from Trivita) has (over the course of about 4 months) completely eliminated my monthly migraines. I used to take the liquid chlorophyll mixed with water which worked equally well but the aftertaste was so unbearable I almost preferred the migraines. These capsules go down easy and leave no aftertaste.
