(More customer reviews)This is a great magnesium compound and I do prefer it to other magnesium products. But the product description IS misleading. Each capsule is not 400 mgs; each capsule is 200mg. A 'serving' is 2 capsules, which is where the 400mg comes in. From the description "Soloray - Magnesium Asporotate, 400 mg, 120 capsules" you would think you had a 120 day supply, but as directed, it is half of that.
