(More customer reviews)I've owned this for a few years, it freaks people out when they see it, but after they try it, most people won't put it down. i use it to hit the knots with precision and deep tissue strength in my upper back.
it works great if you like really deep tissue massages. but the strength is all up to you since you're the one exerting the effort. but one trick i do is hook the lower loop under my leg and use the weight of my leg to press the opposite end of the massager into my upper back. this gets maximum pressure with the least amount of effort from your arms.
i have an older model, which has gotten a little more flexible in the middle over the years, which i think is not a good thing, but the new model is very rigid plastic (my friend got one) and seems more robust.
