After taking it for three weeks my appetite leveled off to the point where I didn't crave anything anymore. Now I eat to live, rather than living to eat--I can choose a salad or a serving of just the right amount of protein at routine intervals during the day. My hunger no longer defines my schedule! I have already lost 3.5 pounds because I am no longer ravenous for carbs and fried foods.
I cannot state that everyone will have the same results from using this product, but I am glad I found it and I will continue to use it in my push to lose thirty-five pounds.

Even on an empty stomach, they cause me no digestive upset at all and I love the flavor. The orange is my favorite and doesn't taste at all like fish, but has an orange-y creamsicle flavor.
