Beware of the cheap brands that claim to be odorless, do not give you the exact composition of the types of oils found in the product, or have only 300 mg of the oil if you read the small print when they claim to have 1000 mg. Plus this gives you much needed vitamin D, which many people nowadays have a deficiency due to use of sunscreens and spending all daylight hours at work wit no sunlight. Low vitamin D weakens your bones and gives you joint pains.
I found that this product accomplished a modest amount of blood pressure reduction for me- just enough that I do not need to use a prescription medication. There is a good bit of medical research that indicates that it may have benefit in elevated blood pressure and cardiovascular health.

After taking the Gel CoQ10 for a few weeks my blood test got slightly better and when later I ran out and stopped taking it for a while my blood test got worst again so I went back on the Gel CoQ10 and my kidney results got slightly better again. This may be a coincidence and I don't think this is a cure for anything but my doctors at John Hopkins say its not hurting anything and I'm and my kidneys are hanging on longer than they should have so to keep doing what ever I'm doing. So I include Gel CoQ10 in my diet and exercise plan and if it just buys me a few months to enjoy the Summer and travel without dialysis or just buy me peace of mind it's a very small price to pay. For that reason it earned 5 stars in my book.
