I was shocked and decided on top of getting back in shape and eating right, I was getting back on my vitamin regime, which includes garlic. My cholesterol was lower the next time it was checked. Not sure if it was the exercise, etc. but I believe it was a combo of it all. I believe garlic is good for you either way, and can't hurt! It's odorless and easy to swallow too.

The front labeling of 1000 mg is true, but the "Omega 3 Fish Oil" implied to me that a capsule contained 1000 mg of Omega 3. This is not true. When you look at the nutrition label (which isn't available here), you see the specifics.
It isn't often for me that I find products on Amazon that are not adequately labeled on the site, but this is one of them.
