(More customer reviews)I got the Gel CoQ10 because I heard it was good for kidney functions and my kidneys are near the point of dialysis and of course I like to stay away from that as long as possible. After taking the Gel CoQ10 for a few weeks my blood test got slightly better and when later I ran out and stopped taking it for a while my blood test got worst again so I went back on the Gel CoQ10 and my kidney results got slightly better again. This may be a coincidence and I don't think this is a cure for anything but my doctors at John Hopkins say its not hurting anything and I'm and my kidneys are hanging on longer than they should have so to keep doing what ever I'm doing. So I include Gel CoQ10 in my diet and exercise plan and if it just buys me a few months to enjoy the Summer and travel without dialysis or just buy me peace of mind it's a very small price to pay. For that reason it earned 5 stars in my book.
