(More customer reviews)I ordered this "one hand" device only to find out that the cuff requires two hands, one not your own, to attach to your arm (which perhaps explains the low price). The meter itself is accurate and inexpensive and therefore I rated this two versus one star. One other point: the seller requires returns within seven days, not the 30 days allowed by Amazon.com; so it looks like I will keep it. Note to self: do not order items which do not have any customer review.

I wanted the best on the market because it's so tedious that I successfully pass my clinicals when listening to brachial & PMI pulses, lung sounds, stomach sounds, etc. At first I was going to purchase a Littmann or an Ultrascope but the prices were way too expensive and as a student I could not afford it. So i searched for stethoscopes online on Amazon and came upon this one. I must say that the reviews were very helpful in helping me make my decision to purchase this particular one. I can honestly say that I have passed my all my exams with an A+ and I am truly very happy with this stethscope. I can hear EVERYTHING very clearly, even over 3 layers of clothing. For the price, this is truly a bargain and I promise that you will not be dissapointed. Plus, it works and even looks just like the Ultrascope (my fellow classmates own them) and they are very jealous that they paid over $100 when they could of purchased this one. I've received many compliments from my patients and fellow nurses. This will not dissapoint. Try it out, you could always return it if you don't agree, but I highly doubt it!!!

(More customer reviews)I bought this kit because I am a big fan of the design and wanted something cute that I can keep on my jump bag when I go on calls. I was very pleased that the item arrived two days ahead of schedule but was unhappy with the quality of product I found. The Blood Pressure Cuff was made of very cheap material, which was almost paper like (but did work). The stethoscope, although made of better quality material, was impossible to use (unless you have sonic hearing). I sat in a room with absolute no noise and could barley hear a blood pressure and could not hear lung sounds. Overall this is a cheaply made product and unless your going to give it to a kid to play with it is not worth buying.
