Japanese Green Tea is a powerful antioxidant that is also used to reduce general stress and promote tranquility. One of the main components of green tea is the amino acid L-Theanine. (More customer reviews)I have been taking the supplement for 4 years and it really works. I find I sleep better, wake up better, and have more balance in my day. When I am stressed, driving long distances, or over-tired, I take 2 capsules a day, and normally I take one. If you go to their website, you can get 6 bottles for $20 a bottle, which is about a year supply. I do not think Amoryn is the only supplement you should take, but it is the only one I won't miss each day. It has never upset my stomach and I take it in the morning with water. Some people say it is too stimulating to take at night. Taking a good C and B Complex, along with magnesium and iron is important. I have always been pleased with the company and its' product. You need to take it for at least 2-3 weeks before you notice a difference. It may be so subtle that you don't realize it. I become calmer and more rested soon after taking it.

I cam currently on my 2nd bottle, ordering my 3rd today, and can I say I will keep taking this along with my multivitamins every day. Within 2 weeks I noticed a big difference. My anxiety level has went down to about nothing, my depression and mood swings have leveled out, and my kids have noticed a big change in how I act toward them.
I have diabetes, so I originally bought this to see if it would help my blood sugar level. It has evened it out, but not dropped it much, and it has not really helped with the carb cravings. Maybe since it has evened out my BSL's that is why my mood swings and anxiety has dropped. I don't know, I am no doctor, but this has helped me, however it does it! I highly recommend trying a bottle of this, for under $10 it is way worth it. So many other supplements are soooooo expensive and they want you to take 2-4 a day, so trying this 2 months is way lighter on the pocketbook! I also have had no side effects at all from this!

I tried various magnesium supplements and finally settled on magnesium taurate. It gets the best results for me with less diarrhea than other products.
This is not the only brand of magnesium taurate that I have used, but it is the one I prefer. This brand has smaller capsules than the two other brands I have tried (one had very large tablets, the other had larger gelcaps with 1/3 less magnesium in each capsule). With one of the less expensive brands that I tried, I had to up my dosage by 50% when some of my symptoms began to return.
This is a quality product that I will continue to buy.

It took some time to find the right product, however, as you need to use a form of Magnesium that ends in "-ate" (and avoid those that end in "-ide," such as Magnesium Oxide). I found this Solgar brand, which contains Magnesium Citrate, in the natural foods section of my grocery store. The particular form I buy contains 200 mg tablets, but this version sold by amazon is even better, as it contains 400 mg tablets, which is the recommended daily dosage for migraine treatment. Once I began taking the recommended dose, I saw a reduction in the frequency of my migraines over the course of 1-2 months. The authors of the book mentioned above recommend using Magnesium in conjunction with two other substances, B2 (Riboflavin) and the herb Feverfew, but Magnesium alone has worked extremely well for me. Highly recommended!
