(More customer reviews)I am an RN of MANY years. My old cuff/bulb wore out after 39 yrs of use at home (friends & family). It took me awhile to find a large adult cuff online but I finally settled on this one. It functions extremely well and does fit obese arms. Not so good for skinny folks tho! They will need a standard adult cuff. If made by the same company, will work just as well. Very good cuff for the price and appears well constructed. This one will probably last me the rest of my life.

(More customer reviews)After 4 months of limited useage in an EMS course the Lumiiscope failed entirely on me. I can't say it was the same model (the model isn't printed on the thing)but ...it was a close model. It is not one that I want to rely on however.
The model I have was never used over 20 times. Then one day I tried to take a BP and it choked above 40....then suddenly sprang to 300 and the proverbial "ping" occured. It decided after that everything was 120!~
I'm saving the cuff...but ..I really don't want to go back to that day when I had to rely on it.

The BP cuff worked for a bit... First the stiching that held the Guauge on became unravled. And then the Valve on the bulb snapped off, when I was closing the valve. I ended up buying another one locally for 4 dollars more... and it was of much better quality.
Sorry, But i would not recomend this... but maybe i got a fluke._trv

(More customer reviews)I received this blood pressure cuff as a Christmas present in preparation for my nursing school clinicals. I began using the cuff in February - one day a week on no more than 2 patients in a brief time frame. During the last 2 weeks of my 4 months of clinicals I noticed the needle was not calibrated to 0 mmHg. The result is inaccurate blood pressure readings. I was not able to reset the cuff's needle and ultimately used another cuff. I am planning to purchase a new cuff for clinicals beginning in September. I was very satisfied with this cuff... for the brief time it worked properly.
