Just be aware that ADC does not supply the plastic connector required to connect this to the sphygmomanometer. This is probably because they don't know what sphygmomanometer you will be using it with. So, be sure to order the appropriate connector.

I found that this product is very easy to use - both the stethoscope and cuff are user friendly and of good quality. In fact, this is the same model we were using in school to practice taking measurements. I would recommend this for a beginner and for someone who needs to take readings often. In addition, the stethoscope ear pieces are very comfortable (have had a problem with discomfort in the past). Both the cuff and stethoscope fit in the included case, nicely and is portable. Great item, great price.

It took me awhile to find a large adult cuff online but I finally settled on this one. It functions extremely well and does fit obese arms. Not so good for skinny folks tho! They will need a standard adult cuff. If made by the same company, will work just as well. Very good cuff for the price and appears well constructed. This one will probably last me the rest of my life.

This device says 150/80 its giving false readings and the wrist size doesnt fit all, i bought this so i can use for my patients but unless i get a skinny patient, i wont be able to use it. this is the worse ever!

The stethoscope and cuff were exactly the same as used in my CNA class, which made me very happy because they're so easy to use. Stethoscope has many pieces to change out if you may be listening to heart murmurs, etc, but it is very good and I could hear the systolic and diastolic BP's every time when using it. Overall, good kit, for not much money!

I did not normally remove the cuff (and tube) from the base unit but found that I had to make sure it was tight to start with in order to get any reading. So, I purchased this replacement more than a year ago and have had no problems since.

(More customer reviews)After 4 months of limited useage in an EMS course the Lumiiscope failed entirely on me. I can't say it was the same model (the model isn't printed on the thing)but ...it was a close model. It is not one that I want to rely on however.
The model I have was never used over 20 times. Then one day I tried to take a BP and it choked above 40....then suddenly sprang to 300 and the proverbial "ping" occured. It decided after that everything was 120!~
I'm saving the cuff...but ..I really don't want to go back to that day when I had to rely on it.

(More customer reviews)Decent BP cuff. Fit and finish is good, especially on the valve and bulb. However, one major issue that bothers me here is the needle. It is painted a very dark red that is difficult to view against the black background given the shadows created by the sunken dial. It really needs to be white (or bright yellow or something). I bought this cuff for EMS work and when taking BPs in environments without direct, overhead light as we often do it is a real pain to read. I imagine in a standard clinical setting with flourescent lights it would do fine, though.

It had almost identical readings to the doctor's machine, however, he recommended to get the larger cuff. I called Zewa, initiated the cuff exchange and it was taken care of. Very nice customer service by the way. They even explained to me how technology has changed from the first machine I owned, very interesting.
Than I installed the software on Windows 7, no problem at all. Hooked up the monitor and my readings were on my PC. I like the charts it creates and how easy it is to use. I will print them and take them to my doctor for my next visit. I think this software is a must for someone that takes blood pressure medication. It shows you exactly how your blood pressure changes over time.
Over all a great product!

Blood pressure measurements with both my original cuff and the new cuff were comparable to each other. Attaching the air plug to the air tube was fairly easy. However it took patience and effort to disconnect the air plug from the air tube without damaging the air tube in order to store the new cuff and prolong its usefulness.

I have duchenne muscular dystrophy is hard for my nurse to hear for my blood pressure because of weakening heart and this stethoscope picks up everything. The book pressure cuff is accurate as it was exactly or within a point of my automatic blood pressure cuff. I got this one as a backup.
It is in my favorite color of orange although I don't know why they show a blue one. Throws you off after a little bit you see it says orange. I guess they have many other colors, but be careful don't just go by the picture.
