(More customer reviews)We tried Diacetinol as they claim same ingredients as Diamaxol and less expensive. Have now been on it for 3 weeks and have had constipation and diarrhea and little change in blood sugar. Going back to Diamaxol as it is worked for us for 2 years with no side effects. Forget the savings and get what works. Clearly the ingredients used are much superior to those used in Diacetinol.
