(More customer reviews)I am relatively naive at blood pressure cuffs and assumed anything labelled as such would automatically include the pressure gauge (manometer) and the valve. Imagine my surprise to receive something that I can't use - I don't have an extra air-release valve and a gauge lying around. I went back and reviewed the product description and to be fair it doesn't claim to have those two features nor does it include those in the picture. Nevertheless I am rating it with 1 star because I can't use it and will attempt to send it back.
