(More customer reviews)I'd been suffering from stress-induced anxiety and had been considering treatment with an anti-depressant as a last resort...but I was not looking forward to the inevitable and uncomfortable adjustment period, especially over the holidays. My longtime acupuncturist had me try one of these capsules at my appointment last week -- I allowed the capsule to break in my mouth, and felt the subtle calming, uplifting effects almost immediately. This is not to say that it will work for everyone with anxiety or depression disorders...but it's definitely helping me through a difficult time. I cannot vouch for other manufacturers of this item; I do know New Chapter to be a reputable company offering high-quality products.
