(More customer reviews)I highly reccommend this product for those who suffer with back and neck problems. I have a slight curve in my back and neck which has now at the age of 48 is taking it's toll. I do see a chiro regularly and so in between visits this comes in handy. I have very stiff shoulders and neck and this really works good at keeping those knots forming. I bought this package 2 for 1 because I must share it with those I love and this is a better price than ordering seperately. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I do find the racket ball with my back to the wall works better on the back, but all the other areas this works great without wearing out your hands trying to knead out knots or from applying self acu pressure. It's great on the feet too if you do reflexology. Great product, you won't be sorry for this purchase.

When I researched acupuncture mats I came across Nayoya and thought I'd give it a try because of the low price.
Within a few days of use (2 times a day; after training & at night for 25 minutes each session), I've felt results that I doubted I would ever have. I actually started going to an acupuncturist recently, but after trying the Nayoya mat I decided to save my money and use it exclusively to test its benefits. My lower back pain has been decreasing every day! The way that this mat is allowing me to relax my body and reduce my muscle tension is quickly making it one of my favorite possessions. My back pain is reduced significantly and my attitude towards my training is way brighter than it has been in the past couple of years! I was so impressed that I decided to share my joy with you all and HIGHLY recommend anyone with migraines, back pain and even a poor mood to look into one! (More customer reviews)This was not well designed. It vibrates rambunctiously. The touch pads at the top are small and cannot be toe pressed except for the on/off icon after repeated attempts. The remote only turns it on and off; all other functions have to be programmed with the fingers. With poor directions, the function settings are unfathomable. I almost sent this back, assuming that the vibrations would knock out the touch pad but realized shipping costs and selecting another might pose the same problem, so I decided to use it as long as it lasted before the vibrations knocked out the electronics. That said, the raised acupuncture points foot pads are wonderful, the foot massage is great, although it has a mind of it's own,each time it seems to program itself differently. I turn it on and it does it's own thing for however long it chooses. Switch placement, how large the touch pads and if it can be foot operated is a big thing. This is my 5th foot massager, my experience knows that it doesn't need such complex, obscure options; 3-4 would suffice. Next time I will examine the control system, knowing that simpler is better.
