(More customer reviews)I got this set for nursing school (AS-RN program). I like the BP cuff as it is Velcro, the gauge is clear and sturdy as is the bulb and screw. The stethoscope is pretty good, the only problem i have with it is that occasionally i can only hear out of one ear and must wiggle the tubes to make it work. I like the replacement parts and the changeable earpieces. The ears are not bent forwards or back like other models, which is sometimes a good thing but is sometimes uncomfortable.
Great set for the price, lovely color. I would recommend as these issues are most likely specific to mine and not representative of all.

(More customer reviews)The manufacturer says that it is accurate to ?2% on O2 and ?2 beats on pulse. I run with a rescue squad and checked against our $300 pulse Ox. It is within tollerances. It works fine while walking or mild exercise--like a stationary bike. But it will come off of your finger if you try to use it during vigorous exercise. It works better on the middle finger than the first and if you have long nails it may read inaccurately or marginally.
